POSFLOW is operated by POSFLOW Geospatial Inc., with engineering by Shanghai Dongben Dahai Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. For security questions, contact our support address listed on the contact page.

Account data: name, email, organization, hashed password (or your OAuth identity), and billing records. Project data: the GNSS files you upload, your processing settings, and the results and reports POSFLOW generates from them. Operational data: logs and usage metrics needed to run and secure the service.

Your files are processed and stored on POSFLOW-operated infrastructure in the United States. EU data-residency options are planned but not yet available; when they are, this page will say so.

Processing tasks and their files are retained by plan: 30 days (Free), 90 days (Pro), 365 days (Business), and are deleted on schedule after that. Account data is kept while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account by contacting service@posflow.ai; this removes your profile and project data as described in the privacy policy.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Sign-in uses short-lived tokens with httpOnly refresh cookies, and multi-factor authentication is available. Access to production systems is limited to POSFLOW's operator. Third-party processors are listed in our privacy policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your project data for advertising or to train models. Your files are processed only to deliver the results you requested.
