Quick check, no account
Upload an observation file or open a sample to see its quality score and key findings.
One file up to 100 MB (20 MB gzipped), ten checks per day. The file is deleted as soon as the result is ready.

No file? Use a public station
Opens a stored example result straight away and does not use one of your daily checks.
Fetches a station's daily observation file from the public archives and checks it. It needs the person check above and uses one of your daily checks.

How to check RINEX observation file quality online
Step-by-step guide to validating multi-GNSS observation completeness, multipath, and cycle slips without installing anything.
Upload RINEX file
Drag and drop your observation file (.rnx, .crx, .obs, or compressed .gz) into Crux.
Choose analysis mode
Select Fast for a rapid check, Flash or Full for deep multi-GNSS evaluation, or TEQC for classic compatibility.
Run quality analysis
Start analysis. Precise navigation ephemeris is matched automatically to compute satellite elevation masks and geometry.
Inspect quality score and charts
Review the composite 0-100 score, multipath MP1/MP2 curves, cycle slip rates, and download the full PDF/CSV report.
What won't produce a result
Worth checking before you upload, so a run doesn't cost you credits to tell you what your data was missing.
Uploading a navigation or broadcast ephemeris file instead of an observation file
An observation file (.rnx, .obs, .crx, or a compressed .YYo). The analysis measures what a receiver actually tracked, and the matching ephemeris is fetched separately.
An observation session with no matching broadcast ephemeris available for its date
Elevation-dependent metrics need satellite positions for that date. Without ephemeris, completeness and header checks still run, but multipath and elevation statistics cannot.
A file that is truncated mid-session or has its epochs out of chronological order
A complete, sequentially ordered session. A truncated or reordered file produces a score that describes that truncation, not the antenna's actual performance.
Common questions
